Every trader on hypeRank is discovered, measured and scored on Hyperliquid. That does not change. What you can now choose is the venue where your own copy is executed: Hyperliquid, as before, or Lighter Robinhood. The signal is the same in both cases.
Why this exists: Lighter Robinhood is a separate exchange with its own account, its own liquidity and its own market list, including equity style markets alongside crypto. Some followers already keep funds there and would rather copy without moving collateral to Hyperliquid.
- One follow, one venue
- Each follow executes on a single exchange. If you want the same trader copied in both places, you create two follows, one per venue, each with its own allocation and limits.
- Funding is separate
- A Lighter Robinhood follow spends the balance in your Lighter Robinhood account. Your Hyperliquid collateral is untouched by it, and the reverse is also true.
- Markets must exist on both sides
- If a trader opens a market that Lighter Robinhood does not list, that fill is skipped for Lighter Robinhood follows and recorded with a reason. Hyperliquid follows are unaffected.
- Minimum order size applies
- Lighter Robinhood enforces a minimum order value in every market, exactly as Hyperliquid does. Fills that would land below it are skipped rather than sent.
- 1. Fund your account on Lighter Robinhood and make sure you are on the Robinhood deployment, not another Lighter setup.
- 2. Open the Lighter Robinhood page from Settings and register a trading key. It is generated on our side and linked to your account, and you approve it with a wallet signature.
- 3. Approve the copy fee with a second wallet signature. This approval carries an expiry date, and copying stops when it lapses.
- 4. Pick a trader as usual, then choose Lighter Robinhood as the execution venue on the follow form and set your allocation and limits.
- 5. Start in simulated mode if you want to see how the trader behaves on that venue before real orders are sent.
The follow form checks the two prerequisites before it lets you go live on Lighter Robinhood: a registered trading key and a valid fee approval. If either is missing it links you straight to the page that fixes it.
Renewals matter here more than on Hyperliquid. The fee approval expires on a date you can see on the Lighter Robinhood page, together with the number of days left, and we notify you before it lapses. If it does lapse, copying on Lighter Robinhood stops and no further orders are opened until you renew.
Custody on Lighter Robinhood is not identical to Hyperliquid. There is no agent wallet equivalent, so the trading key we hold is what places your orders. It cannot send your funds to a third party, but the protocol level guarantee is weaker than Hyperliquid's. The reliability page describes this in full, and you should read it before going live.
